I first want to wish everyone a Happier, Healthier, and more Prosperous 2024 New Year. 2023 was such a challenging year for all of us and I am looking forward to a calmer year? Let's hope so. I appreciate deeply everyone's support by wearing a mask and social distancing as I work. I still meet first time clients and spend time educating and assisting with as much preventive information I can provide as health protocals suggest. We are outside and easier to navigate distancing.
I am grateful to every client I have and come to know over the years. Part of why I do this work is because I meet so many wonderful and interesting people. I appreciate the support and humor trying to stay positive during recent challenging times.
The busy season for gophers seems to be in the fall and for 3 months, up til I was frozen out in December, I was unable to take any new clients and it was challenging to just keep up with my regular clients. When I get busy my regular clients always get first preference and if the gopher is in a crisis area like a young tree or garden area I try to come as soon as possible as there is higher risk of damage.
As of January, 2021 I am working weather permitting and if your ground is diggable. Gophers do not go dormant....they have the same issue I have. If the ground is frozen they cannot dig through it to dump their dirt from tunnels and I cannot dig to get to their tunnels. This makes people think they are gone or not working. Trust me, they may still be there. Keep looking year round.
My best to you and with my help may you be gopher free! Johanna M.

I do go to outlying areas but charge travel fees based on distance. I have a flat fee of $15 per trip for any clients not on any regular routes I have established. This is usually some folks in more rural areas.
I make every effort to be fair with pricing and I do not believe in monthly fees for checking your property as I teach you how to do it yourself and save the money. I also provide information to you if desired on gopher habits and tendencies. If you are my client and going away for an extended time then I do provide this service, or if you are an absent homeowner and need eyes on the property to be sure they have not moved in. There is a small fee for this service.

DO NOT EMAIL ME....THIS site will not refer you. If you want to get me for sure you must text or leave voicemail. No guarantees with emails and I only check them every few days...my business runs on texting or phone calls
